Ramir Milay, CEO of Milay Mechanical LLC of Hayward, California, announced this week that Milay Mechanical LLC is acquiring Technical Services Hawaii LLC of Honolulu, Hawaii. The founder, Gary Oshiro, has been in the business for over three decades and will remain a technical and service advisor for TSH. The planned effective date for the acquisition is August 1, 2022.
